Log it in the moment

Questions
What do I get?
An instant digital download: a ZIP file with the 17-page binder as a printable PDF, in two versions, full color and grayscale. Nothing is shipped.
How do I print it?
At home or at a copy shop, on US Letter paper (8.5 x 11 in). The grayscale version is easy on black-and-white printers. Put the pages in a binder and add to them as you go.
Do I need an app or an account?
No. It is designed to be printed and used on paper, with no app, no login and no subscription. If you prefer your phone, the Healthy Crohns app tracks similar things.
Is it medical advice?
No. It is a tracking aid to help you and your clinician have a better conversation, not to replace one. Reference ranges and warning signs on the pages are general guides. Lab ranges vary, so your own lab and care team’s targets come first.
What about returns?
Etsy does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on instant-download items. If something goes wrong with your order, contact the seller through Etsy (see the listing for details).
Where do I buy it?
On Etsy, through the button on this page. You buy and pay on Etsy, and this website never sees your order.
