Care binder

Digital download terms.

Plain-language terms for buying the binder directly on this site.

Last updated: October 25, 2026

1. Who is selling

These products are sold by Bean Media & Development LLC, doing business as Healthy Crohn’s (“I”, “me”). You can reach me at healthycrohns2018@gmail.com.

2. What you are buying

Two PDF files of the Crohn’s & IBD Care Binder: the same binder in full color and in grayscale. It is a digital product. Nothing is shipped.

3. Price, sales tax and payment

The price is shown in US dollars. It is the price you pay: no separate sales tax is added at checkout. PayPal asks for an address on the order; I keep only the state and country, for my sales records. You pay through PayPal, with a PayPal account or a card, on PayPal’s own page. PayPal handles your payment details; I never see them.

4. Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, your download links appear on the thank-you page and are emailed to you. Each link works for 48 hours, for up to 5 downloads of each file. If a link expires, you can ask for a new one on the download page using the email address you paid with. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder, then email me with your order number.

5. How you may use the files

The binder is licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may save the files and print as many copies as you need for yourself. Please do not resell, share, post or distribute the files or copies of them, or use them for commercial purposes (including in a clinic or program), without my written permission. The binder remains the copyrighted work of Bean Media & Development LLC.

6. Refunds

Digital downloads are not refundable. If something is wrong with your order (for example a file will not open, or you were charged but did not receive your links), email me with your order number. I will review each case and decide how to help. If a payment is refunded, reversed or disputed through PayPal, your download access ends.

7. Not medical advice

The binder is a tracking aid. It does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Reference ranges and warning signs are general guides, and your own lab’s ranges and your care team’s guidance come first. In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number).

8. Changes

I may change prices, update or improve the binder, and update these terms. The price at the time you buy is the price you pay.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

10. Privacy

How your information is handled is described in the privacy policy.
