Baked Salmon with White Rice & Steamed Carrots
Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which naturally help combat inflammation. Paired with easily digestible white rice, this is a perfect reset meal.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet, drizzle very lightly with olive oil, and add a pinch of salt. Bake for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily.
Cook your favorite white rice.
Peel the carrots thoroughly, slice them into coins, and steam or boil them until they are so soft you can mash them with a fork.
