Simple Turkey Burgers with Baked Potato Wedges

You don’t have to miss out on “burger night.” This version avoids the heavy grease of beef and the roughage of standard lettuce-and-tomato toppings.

  1. Form ground turkey into burger patties and season lightly with salt.

  2. Pan-fry or grill over medium heat until fully cooked through.

  3. Serve on a plain, seedless white bun (avoid whole grain or sesame seed buns, as the seeds can be abrasive).

  4. Peel white potatoes, slice them into thick wedges, toss with a little olive oil and salt, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes until they are soft on the inside.
